Please note - The above hours is not the reflected or calculated time in which it will take for production of selected production, this is just to specify when your shoot will begin its production on the schedule!

Thank you for your consideration in booking with me. To ensure a smooth transaction it is required for all potential clients to thoroughly read through policies.

PLEASE READ!

(Hourly Rate/Packages)

The package is determined by the estimated amount of work that it will take to work on your selected package. This usually varies between every package, but the majority of packages are charged by the hour of dedicated time needed during pre-production, production, and post production.

Included (Post-Production)

Please note, all content distributed by “Jay C. Williams” is by ““Jay C. Williams”” and will include a branded logo once delivered.

NO DEPOSIT NO SHOOT!

- Please note booking must be made in advance of shoot date and properly scheduled.

• If you need to reschedule you are allowed to do so ONE time before a new deposit is required

• You must notify me about rescheduling at least 3-5 days before your initial appointment for your deposit to be transferable.

• Your newly selected date must be within Two weeks (or my earliest available date, whichever comes first) of your initial scheduled date

• If you do not notify me at least 5 days BEFORE your appointment , YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF YOU CANCEL OR NEED TO RESCHEDULE WITHIN THE 4 DAYS BEFORE THE SHOOT

TURN - AROUND (DELIVERARY)

• I will have your projects completed and sent to you within 2 weeks of your shoot date.

• Please do not contact me before the 2-3 week turnaround timeframe. I will have it to you no later than 2 weeks.

COLLAB WORK
